All of the jackets in our ready to wear denim collection are sourced from second-hand thrift shops in our area. We chose to do this because fashion is the second largest source of pollution worldwide, and we do not want to play any more of a role in it than necessary. Through water pollution and consumption, leaving microfibers in the ocean, allowing waste to accumulate, chemical impacts on our environment, greenhouse gasses, soil degradation, and rainforest destruction, fashion is having a real impact on our globe. Don’t worry - we take special care to only source quality jackets - no stains, no unintentional rips, and always stylish cuts and fits. We paint our jackets with high quality paints mixed with a fabric medium, and we use lots of caution when creating them in order to ensure that they will last. If you follow these care instructions, your jacket will stay beautiful for as long as possible:

• We recommend that you only spot clean your jacket to remove stains or dirty spots - just use a wet cloth and detergent, scrub gently, and rise with water.

• Hang or lay flat to dry.

• If the whole jacket needs to be washed, please try to hand wash and avoid the painted areas. If absolutely necessary, run in the washing machine on the delicate cycle with mild detergent ONLY (no bleach, softeners, or alcohol-based cleanser). Any machine washing has the potential to rub away the design partially.

• Do not steam or iron your jacket.
